Express Shipping only: Free when you spend over €250, otherwise pay a shipping fee of €40

Within EU: 1-3 Days, Outside EU 5-7 Days

My delivery hasn’t arrived:

First of all, track your orders shipment in your 'order confirmation email', or login to your PUBLISHED BY account. If you need help, please contact us: customer-service@published-by.com

 

I'd like to return, exchange or get a refund for my order:

You have 14 days once you have received your item to lodge a return and request a refund with our team. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds take up to 14 working days to process into your bank account. Please email customer-service@published-by.com to lodge a return.

 

Tax and VAT:

PUBLISHED BY is responsible for paying VAT for all orders within the European Union, it will be added onto your order at checkout.

Our International customers are responsible for paying their own countries custom tax, this will be calculated upon arrival into your country.

How to clean your bag:

We recommend keeping your bag clean by polishing surfaces with the PUBLISHED BY polish cloth provided with each purchase. Do not use any liquids, cleaning agents or detergents to clean your bag.

How to clean your Jewelry:

Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water and dip in a soft cloth. Rub the jewelry, then rinse in cool water and buff with a cloth until dry.
